About this class

Rest, nervous system recovery, and meditative awareness.

Each class begins with breath-centering, moves through standing and seated postures, and ends with guided relaxation. Modifications and props are offered so every student can practice safely.

What to expect

  • Centred breath work to start
  • Warm-up and sun salutations
  • Standing balance postures
  • Seated forward folds and twists
  • Final savasana with optional guided relaxation

What to bring

Just yourself. Mats, blocks, and bolsters are provided. Comfortable, breathable clothing is recommended.
